This can be defined as a developmental strategy that enables people to meet their goals for improved performance, growth or career enhancement. It is the ongoing process of helping an employee to identify and overcome the hurdles that prevent him or her from excelling at the job.  It is unlocking a person’s potential to maximize their own performance by helping them to learn rather than teaching them.

Executive Coaching
Executive Coaching is a collaborative, relationship, solution focused, results-oriented, systematic and enlightening process which is specifically focused at Board Level and/or Senior Management level. It is an experiential and individualized leader development process that builds a leader’s capability to achieve short- and long-term organizational goals and also develop clarity of purpose and focus on action. It is conducted through one- on-one interactions, and based on mutual trust and respect. The organization, an executive, and the executive coach work in partnership to achieve maximum impact.
Our Executive Coaching is designed to create more effective, healthier organizations. Because when senior executives improve their performance, such benefits definitely spread throughout the organization.

Corporate/Business Coaching
Corporate/Business coaching is a collaborative result-oriented practice of providing support and occasional advice to an individual or group in order to help them recognize ways in which they can improve the effectiveness of their business. Our specific remit is to work with your employees to achieve improved business results, improved business performance and/or operational effectiveness. It is also used to help businesses grow by creating and following a structured, strategic plan to achieve agreed upon goals.
 We work with you to improve leadership, employee accountability, teamwork, sales, communication, goal setting, strategic planning and more. It can be provided in a number of ways, including one-on-one sessions, group coaching sessions and large scale seminars. Most often or not business coaches are often called in when a business is perceived to be performing badly, however many businesses now recognize the benefits of business coaching even when the organization is successful.

Performance Coaching
Performance Coaching is a process of facilitating the development and action planning of another, in order to enhance the individual’s effectiveness and performance. It is a one-to-one relationship that supports a person to improve aspects of their performance at work or work-life balance.  It is unlocking a person’s potential to maximize their own performance and helping them learn rather than teaching them. The coach’s intention is to help people enhance their effectiveness. Our main aim is to help you improve your effectiveness and as well sustain aspects of one’s performance that relates specifically to defined performance problems.

Career Coaching
Career Coaching is a collaborative relationship solution focused results-oriented, systematic and enlightening process in which the coach is working in one particular aspect of the client’s life that is to help the client make a decision about their career.
It is a relationship process that supports a person to look at their career in the context of their whole life, including personal values and motivation, ambitions, salary and job satisfaction.

Personal Coaching
Personal Coaching is a collaborative relationship solution focused results-oriented, systematic and enlightening process in which the coach facilitates the growth of the client in many areas of their personal life.

Life Coaching
This is a process in which the coach facilitates the growth of the client in many areas of their life- work and personal. A Life Coach is a person whose job is to improve the quality of his or her client's life, by offering advice on professional and personal matters, such as career, health, personal relationships, etc. He is an advisor who assists people to make decisions, set and reach goals, or deal with problems. He is a motivator, an educator and an accountability partner to support individuals in making lasting lifestyle changes that improve their physical and mental well-being.
